Ordering Information

Most orders (dry goods) are shipped within 24 hours after receipt.   If you would like us to upgrade your dry good order to Fed Ex Next Day Air, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select, please Call or Email us with your request. The charge will be actual Fed Ex charges in lieu of our above ground shipping charges. (AK., HI. and Foreign orders will be charged actual shipping cost. We will ship best method). Certain item can not be shipped Fed Ex and must go common carrier, these shipping charges are not added to the shopping cart, Please call or email us for a shipping quote.

 PLEASE NOTE: If an address correction is made by Fed Ex after the product has been shipped, and it is determined a valid  address was not provided, a $5.00 charge will be applied to your account.

Returning Merchandise: We have taken extreme measures to provide information needed to make an informed decision regarding purchases. Therefore, we only accept return of merchandise that is damaged or defective.

Damaged Merchandise:
Should your package arrive damaged, it is best to refuse the package, and notify us immediately. We will promptly re-ship the merchandise to you, and file a damage claim with the carrier. If you sign for the merchandise in satisfactory condition, it then becomes your responsibility to file the damage claim with the carrier. If the damaged package is delivered without your signature, notify us immediately, and we will file the claim with the carrier. Please retain all packing materials until the package is inspected or picked up by the carrier.

Defective Merchandise: We take pride in selling only quality merchandise from reputable manufacturers. However, there are occasions when a product is defective, and is under warranty from the manufacturer. Should an item fail that is under a manufacturer's warranty, please notify us immediately. We will guide you through the return/replacement policy for that particular manufacturer. 

Out of stock orders: From time to time, there are unavoidable shortages of our inventory. We do apologize for the inconvenience of backorders. We will not hold partial shipment of an order until it can be completely filled. We will send what is available and fill the backorder as soon as we can. There is no additional delivery handling charge when this occurs.
