The Pro Ponds Remote Skimmer is the first true innovation in skimmer technology in over a decade. Its clever new design allows you to remove the unsightly box of a conventional skimmer away from the edge of your pond. Using a convenient coupling and 4” PVC, You can now landscape around the entire perimeter and move the filter box off to a remote location, out of sight!
The easy to install skimmer intake comes complete, with a HI Buoyancy floating door, Fish safe entry grate and an easy to install mounting plate with hardware. The 4” PVC Coupling makes it easy to connect to any filter box or container, but it is designed to work best with a Pro Ponds Filter Box. Incorporate a 4” Gate valve and you can have one of the best working, best looking skimmers in the hobby today.
The overall dimensions are 18" wide, 9.5" tall and 14" deep. Skimmer door dimensions are 8" wide 6" tall
